Qigong in the Salt Cave

Space is limited to 12, so pre register early for this event! $35 per person.

Join Sandra for deep breathing in the healing salt air and mindful movement! We will allow 60 minutes for the full experience, which will include a gentle warmup, 30-40 min. of gentle Qigong standing postures and movement, mindful focus, and deep breathing in the Salt Cave, ending in a beautiful balancing meditation.

The benefits of Qigong mindful movement and Halotherapy (breathing in salt) are both well documented for alleviating stress and supporting the immune system. Qigong will leave you feeling not only relaxed, but energized and focused. A wonderful balance for mind, body and spirit.

What to expect:

  1. Dress warmly in layers, and wear casual clothing you don't mind getting salty. Blankets will be available for our use at the end of class.

  2. You will be provided with a pair of thong sandals to wear in the salt cave. You will have a choice to go fully barefoot when you enter the cave--this is like wonderful reflexology for the feet!

  3. No experience is needed...just bring yourself and a willingness to heal and be gentle with yourself!
